Return & Refund Policy

1) Digital Products — Final Sale

All gift card purchases are final. Once a code has been issued, it cannot be returned, revoked, or re-claimed.

2) Irreversible Crypto Payments

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. After a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by ACEB.com.

3) Exceptions (Refunds Considered)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

• Technical error: you were charged but no code was delivered due to a system failure.
• Invalid/Unusable code: the delivered code cannot be redeemed and the issuer confirms it is invalid or unused.
• Duplicate payment: multiple charges for the same order caused by a technical issue.

Each request is subject to verification. If approved, we may issue either (a) replacement code, or (b) a refund as store credit or cryptocurrency to the original wallet address (network fees and rate differences may apply).

4) No Refunds For

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase.
• Wrong brand, region, or denomination selected by the buyer.
• Delays in blockchain confirmations or network congestion.
• User error (e.g., incorrect wallet address or account details).
• Codes that were successfully redeemed.

5) How to Request a Review

Contact us within 7 days of purchase and include:

1. Order number.
2. Wallet transaction ID (TXID/hash).
3. Any screenshots or messages from the issuer supporting the issue.

6) Verification & Fraud Prevention

We may request additional information to investigate and prevent abuse (e.g., issuer confirmations, activity logs). Requests that cannot be verified may be declined.
