How do I receive my gift card & how long does delivery take?
All gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout—no shipping. Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed; in rare cases it can take up to few minutes.

We work with verified suppliers and test codes. If you believe a code is faulty, contact us immediately with screenshots and details and we'll investigate and resolve it quickly.
Do the gift cards expire?
Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase. Unused codes beyond this period may become invalid and cannot be refunded or replaced.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed. This card is redeemable for any product on the RedBalloon website. Not redeemable for cash. Card will expire 3 years from the date of issue. If the date of issue is not specified, the expiry date will be 3 years after the date of purchase. Will be void and and may not be redeemed after expiry date. Cannot be reloaded. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by other method.
