Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase. Unused codes beyond this period may become invalid and cannot be refunded or replaced.

Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the Gift Card (voucher) for making payments before billing.4. More than one Gift Card (voucher) can be used in one bill.5. This is not applicable on Chaayos home delivery.6. ONE-time use.7. No credit note/refund for the unused amount of the Gift Card (voucher) will be given.8. Chaayos Gift Card (voucher) CANNOT be revalidated once expired.9. Chaayos Gift Card (voucher) can be clubbed with on-going promotions.10. Chaayos Gift Card (voucher) cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Chaayos may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.11. Any dispute related to the Gift Card (voucher) should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.12. Chaayos makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Card (voucher), but on account of any technical reasons Gift Card (voucher) may not be redeemed.13. If an Instant Gift Card (voucher) gets blocked on account of technical issues, it would get enabled in 72 hours.14. Gift Card (voucher) validity cannot be extended once expired.
